Shipping Policy

For your convenience, we use the most reliable carriers suitable to your location to deliver your package in the shortest time. Shipping freight estimates may be calculated by adding your items to the shopping cart, clicking on "Check Out", and choosing "Estimate Shipping."

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your selected method of shipment when placing an order. The method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days. Please note that we count from the day we ship and not from the day you place your order. However, we guarantee that we attend to our customers on a first come first serve basis. Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST will ship the following Monday.

We have two distribution networks, one from the East coast and another at the West coast of the United States. If you order an item or multiple items, it/they may not be housed at the same location. In our effort to deliver you order immediately, you may receive one, two, or more shipments from different distribution points. We do ship to international locations and outside the 50 United States. Although we ship to most areas served by our carrier, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Orders shipped to PO Boxes, FPO, and APO addresses will be shipped via USPS. 

Return Policy

SunriseDino.com provides a 30-Day return policy period from the date of shipment (Shipping Charges are non-refundable).

The following conditions also apply:  

  1. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) so they can be tracked and credited to you in an efficient manner. We assume no liability for unauthorized returns. All returns must be shipped postage-paid. A trackable/traceable shipping method is strongly recommended.
  2. Defective items may be returned for a replacement or refund within the first 30-days of purchase.
  3. www.BigC.com will provide you with warranty coverage after the expiration of our 30-day return period. For repair and warranty service, please go to http://www.bigc.com/about_warranty.php or contact BigC Service Center at support@bigc.com 
  4. Any product you return must arrive in its original carton/container with all parts, manuals, software, and accessories that were originally included. If necessary items are missing, we may need to return the product to you.
  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
